This one leans further into the light. Beneath the poppies, a neon lilac base still hums through the gaps, but here it's joined by scattered strokes of gold pastel that catch the light and give the piece a soft shimmer in direct sun.
To me, this captures the magic of twilight, when the soft, warm colors of the setting sun wash over a field of poppies. It’s that quiet but vibrant moment just before dusk sets in.
